We want you to love your purchase. If not, here’s how to return it:

1. Returns

  • Accepted within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • Item must be new, unused, with original packaging and tags.

  • Email: help@aleiaunderwear.com  to request return authorization.

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer unless it's a defect or Aleia's error.

2. Exclusions

  • No returns on opened/used underwear unless defective (for hygiene reasons).

3. Refunds

  • Issued after the product is received and reviewed.

  • May take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges

  • Return the item and place a new order.
